Postcard mailed from Cleveland, Ohio, to S. Portland, Maine, on April 4, 1960. Message: Dear Sis! Did a big slate grey handbag get into that big box of stuff I sent you? I bought one because mine was getting seedy. Yesterday I turned the apt upside down & couldn’t find it. My only theory is that it got into your box by mistake. Please let me know.
