Postcard mailed from St. Petersburg, Florida, to Bridgeport, Connecticut, on Monday, February 24, 1941. Message, addressed to a Miss Weed: Here I am. Had a very pleasant trip and riding companion. Isabelle and two friends met me with a car. Sat in the yard and ate a tangerine, surrounded by nasturtiums, crotons, ferns, etc. Walked along the bay and ate at a busy place. Now to the shuffle boards. Love, Maude. I'll mail this to the Bridgeport address tomorrow.
