I loved this film too! the direction reminds me of Lars Von Trier; the dogma 95 thing? If you like this sort of film try "Breaking the Waves".

Peace!

I haven't seen that yet, but I do remember watching Trier's film Dancer in the Dark with Bjork late on a Sunday in a large suburban theater. My girlfriend and I were literally the only two people there. When it was over, we took the liberty of sitting there well past the credits, just sobbing and sobbing.

One more LVT film i liked-Medea. very gritty and real. i think it was actually made for Norwegian television. I've not seen Dancer in the Dark, I think I read it was one of his commercial successes so I chose to avoid it. Maybe I'll put it in my queue. On a completley different subject; I just watched the doc The Real Dirt on Farmer John. I highly recommend it. Even though it has a great ending, have your handkercheif handy.

Peace!
